Terugblik Sacramentsprocessie van 22 juni jl.
De Sacramentsprocessie wordt vanaf 2004 weer gelopen vanuit de OLV Kerk aan de Keizersgracht. Men loopt dan over de grachten en in de 9 straatjes. Het is altijd een plechtig moment. Na afloop van de Hoogmis vertrekt de stoet tegen 12.45 uur om met de Heer de straat op te gaan. Meestal is er een fanfarekorps uit Volendam die voor het Allerheiligste uitgaat, maar dit jaar door omstandigheden niet aanwezig kon zijn.
Het Alfonsuskoor van de OLV kerk liep dus dit jaar zingend achter het Allerheiligste aan. De tocht duurde een uur en bij het binnengaan van de OLV kerk volgde er een kort Lof ter afsluiting. Het was een prachtige gebeurtenis heb ik ervaren!
