In de week voor Kerstmis heeft pater Marianus alle vrijwilligers uit de vijf parochies van Clara en Franciscus bedankt voor hun inzet.
In het voorbije jaar bent u, ieder op uw eigen manier, brengers van hoop geweest. Door uw aanwezigheid, uw zorg voor elkaar, uw praktische hulp, uw luisterend oor en uw stille dienstbaarheid hebt u laten zien wat Kerstmis werkelijk betekent: licht brengen waar het donker is, warmte waar kilte heerst, nabijheid waar mensen zich alleen voelen.
In een wereld die getekend wordt door onzekerheid, oorlog en verdeeldheid, is dat niet vanzelfsprekend. Laat onze parochies een plek blijven waar mensen zich welkom weten, waar geloof wordt gevierd en gedeeld, waar hoop levend wordt gehouden, voor jong en oud, voor sterke en kwetsbare mensen. Moge het Kind van Bethlehem u zegenen met vrede, vreugde, liefde en nieuwe kracht. Moge het jaar 2026 voor u en uw dierbaren een jaar zijn van goede gezondheid, vertrouwen en verbondenheid.
